Two Shelby County Sheriff's Office deputies, including one who previously helped rescue children from a frozen pond, have reportedly been placed on leave after they were arrested.  According to the Memphis Police Department, 30-year-old Jhyunn Armstrong and 27-year-old Israel Muhammad were arrested on Sunday morning.
